Standard PP sheet is a lightweight, high-toughness general-purpose engineering plastic with a favourable cost-to-performance ratio. Its fatigue resistance keeps structural parts stable under repeated handling, and its chemical stability suits contact with acids, alkalis and atmospheric exposure. Secondary Operations and Custom Configuration
Full customization covers all our material types and specifications, and we develop products from drawings or physical samples. Three-layer co-extrusion supports two-colour and three-colour sheet, and we produce single-sided and double-sided textured HDPE alongside smooth and patterned polypropylene surfaces. Sheet can be supplied as full panels or cut, routed, drilled and edge-finished to the component outline you specify.
Because PP sheet welds and thermoforms predictably, we can also supply matched sets — sheet, welded sub-assemblies and machined inserts — so that fabrication at your site starts from consistent stock. Where a part needs stiffness beyond standard PP, we review whether a PPH grade or a polyethylene sandwich panel serves the duty better.
Process Control, Inspection and Acceptance
We run full-process quality management: there is an inspection after each production process, and finished product is inspected 100% against the customer's requirements and international standards. Our testing equipment is kept in-house so thickness, dimensions, appearance and colour are checked against the approved sample before packing. For repeat programmes, the approved first-article sample and the recorded inspection criteria stay on file for subsequent lots.

Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance Notes
Polypropylene is joined by hot-gas or extrusion welding and shaped by thermoforming; where fasteners are used, PP-compatible fixings and clearance for thermal movement prevent stress cracking in large panels. PP sheet takes up little water, so cleaning with mild detergent and water keeps surfaces serviceable; aggressive solvents and sustained temperatures above the material's rating should be avoided. Sheets ship with protective film or interleaving where surface finish is critical, and spare sheet from the same production lot can be included in the delivery for repairs.

Sheets are stacked, protected and palletised for container loading, and we plan the load against sheet size to keep freight volume efficient. Our plant sits within a two-hour drive of Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port, so sea freight is the standard route; urgent lots can move by air through Shanghai or Ningbo airports. What is the difference between standard PP sheet and PPH sheet?
Standard PP sheet is the general-purpose polypropylene grade for containers, packaging, insulation parts and signage. PPH sheet uses a higher-strength, corrosion-resistant polypropylene formulation for chemical, plating and tank-building duty where mechanical demand is greater.
Can you supply cut-to-size sheet rather than full panels?
Yes. We process and sample against drawings, so sheets can be supplied as flat stock or cut, routed and edge-finished to a component outline. Machining allowance is confirmed with the drawing so the finished part meets the stated dimensions.
How do you handle colour matching for coloured PP sheet?
Send a physical sample or a colour reference. We develop the pigment formulation and submit a production sample for approval before mass production, and the approved sample becomes the colour reference for later lots.
How is thickness tolerance agreed?
The tolerance band is agreed per order and stated on the order confirmation, because the workable figure depends on sheet thickness, sheet size and the measurement method used at goods-in. We inspect against that agreed band with our in-house testing equipment.
