We work with three established manufacturing routes: three-layer co-extrusion, orange-peel texturing and smooth or frosted surfacing. Fabrication, Installation and Maintenance
HDPE behaves much like a dense wood panel on the shop floor: it can be sawn, routed, drilled, tapped and welded with standard tooling, and it does not need surface sealing after cutting. The practical limits are thermal movement and point loading, so panels are normally fixed through slotted or oversize holes that let the sheet expand and contract with temperature.
- Support panels across their full area rather than at isolated fixing points.
- Avoid over-tightening fasteners; use washers to spread load on visible faces.
- Clean with mild detergent and water; aggressive solvents are unnecessary on a non-porous surface.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Jiaxing Xinsen Plastic Co., Ltd. runs its own production lines in Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing, and also maintains an international sales department that handles the process from production through export.
Do you produce a standard size of monocolor HDPE sheet?
No. Sheet is produced to order, so thickness, panel size, colour and surface finish are set from your drawing or sample. That applies both to flat sheet supplied for your own fabrication and to parts we process ourselves.
Can you match a specific colour across repeat orders?
Yes. We develop single-colour, two-colour and three-colour sheet on request, and an approved colour sample is retained as the reference for later batches. Where a project needs a contrasting core or edge, the two-tone and tri-color sandwich constructions in our PE Sheet range cover that requirement.
Is monocolor HDPE sheet suitable for food-contact and children's products?
The material is eco-friendly, non-toxic and available in food-grade form, and it is already used for kitchen cutting boards and indoor wall-mounted toys for children. We confirm the applicable grade when the end use is stated on the enquiry.
How is quality verified before shipment?
Every process stage is inspected, and finished sheet is checked 100% against the agreed requirements and international standards. Sample production can be arranged ahead of a batch order when a new part or colour is being introduced.
How are orders shipped and packed?
Our plant is within a two-hour drive of Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port, so sea freight is the usual route, with air freight through Ningbo or Shanghai airports for urgent deliveries. Packing is agreed with the order and matched to the sheet format.
