Jiaxing Xinsen Plastic Co., Ltd. is a China-based HDPE Sheet manufacturer producing high density polyethylene sheet in monocolor, two-tone sandwich, tri-color sandwich and natural grades. HDPE Monocolor Sheet

Production Capacity and Quality Control
Our plant operates four modern, energy-saving production lines with an annual capacity of over 20,000 tons, supported by more than 30 employees including four experts and over 20 technical staff. That structure lets us hold a repeatable process across long runs and mixed orders.
Quality management runs through the whole process. Every stage is inspected, and finished sheet is checked 100% against customer requirements and international standards before packing. We keep a complete set of testing equipment on site and maintain a sample room for reference parts.
Installation, Fabrication and Maintenance
HDPE sheet is normally delivered as flat sheet or cut blanks and then machined by the fabricator. The material cuts, mills, drills and welds with standard woodworking and plastic-fabrication tooling, which keeps installation straightforward on site.
- Allow for thermal movement when fixing large panels; use slotted or oversized holes where the panel is restrained.
- Support the sheet across its full area to prevent long-term sag in horizontal or load-bearing use.
- Clean with mild detergent and water; avoid aggressive solvents that attack polyethylene.
- For engraved sandwich sheet, keep the engraving within the surface layer to preserve the color contrast.

Batch production normally uses a 30% advance payment with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, and we accept T/T with L/C available by negotiation. Our location within a two-hour drive of Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port supports sea freight, with air freight through Ningbo or Shanghai airports when timing requires it.
